Jamie's thesis

We should stop hunting dolphins world wide.

  1. I agree and we should stop hunting dolphins worldwide. Hunting is a dangerous sport and I am not sure I understand why people find hunting to be enjoyable. My family and I have had the opportunity to swim with dolphins and they are so gentle and friendly. This is a real shame and in my opinion somewhat of a barbaric act. Submitted by Allan.

  2. I agree that we should stop hunting dolphins worldwide, and that we should make the law to protect dolphins. Dolphins are just like human beings, they are smart and they should be treated well instead of being hunted or traded. I would suggest you watch the movie "The Cove." It will give you more information about dolphin hunting in Japan.

  8. I agree. Dolphins aren't even a source of nutrition for use so why do we need to spend our time and money killing them to consume.

  9. I fully agree the dolphins need to stop being hunted world wide. They are very intelligent animals and it is unfair to kill them. Hunting dolphins is very cruel and unnecessary.

  12. I agree with you completely. Hunting dolphins may be a tradition for some countries, but that does NOT justify the act of slaughtering them. It is just a downright inhuman thing to do. - Noreen

  14. People still hunt them!?
I agree, lets stop! They are very intelligent creatures. Maybe adding a possible solution of hunting something else that is close to a dolphine like animal. Perhaps hunt sharks?

  15. I agree, however, sometimes dolphins get killed when people are hunting for something else. How should we regulate/control this?

  18. Playing devils advocate here, are there benefits to hunting dolphins that are also humane? Is there a way to continue without the mass kill-huntings? That being said, I neither agree nor disagree.
