I agree and I think this has become a bigger problem in recent years due to the economy. It’s not only teens that need to be educated and understand the consequences for driving the influence, but it’s your average adult who thinks that one-two drinks won’t impact their reaction and responding time. This is also a problem for those that have alcoholism in their family history and need to confront this issue head on and understand how they are impacted from birth. Submitted by Allan.
No we should not drive under the influence. though we are educated on not drinking and driving since we are young many often do end up drinking and driving. this is a growing issue in society and i completely agree that we should never drive under the influence......Brianna
I wholeheartedly agree that we should not drive under the influence of alcohol. Most people have been told not to drive drunk, but they continue to do it. It is a growing issue that has harmed the lives of many. Somehow people need to be made aware that no matter how much they drink, alcohol will still affect their driving ability.
I agree with this completely. I have had family members who have lost there lives from being hit from drunk drivers. It is completely horrible that people do this and it's unfortunate of how many people lose their lives from ignorant people getting DUI's. Veronica.
I agree. I have a hard enough time driving completely alert that I find it difficult to imagine someone who has had a couple of drinks to operate a car.
Yes, I agree. Drinking and driving is obviously very dangerous and has resulted in thousands of injuries and dealths. We need to figure out affordable ways for peole to get around without driving. For example, more busses running late at night, trains, etc. -Jennifer
I definitely agree with that. I have a friend who just died a couple day ago. He died when he was on the way to work and hit by a drunk teenager. Everybody gets shock because he is good and nice person, and he is about to graduate from school. I think people should think before doing something because their wrong doings can hurt others.
I agree with this statement. Driving under the influence of alcohol poses nothing but negative affects. Sure it's cheaper than getting a cab, quicker than walking, and more convenient than finding a designated driver but what are these small inconveniences compared to the thousands of dollars a DUI will cost someone or even more importantly the innocent life that can be taken?
I completely agree, I cannot stand drunken people in the first place and the fact that they would even attempt to drive is horrifying to think of. Very interested in your topic! Monika
I cannot agree more with your thesis. Drinking under the influence of alcohol is one of the most irresponsible things to do and it endangers the lives of the innocent. -Noreen
I think no one would ever disgree with this:) Obvious problem is that people still do. Perhaps add information that most have never heard about since this is a topic I know, school has taught since beginning of middle school here in the States -Naomi
I agree completely! this is a huge issue that needs to be taught to everyone and made more aware by the world. i am excited to hear your thoughts on how we should do this. -Anna

I totally agree. It is very simple, by driving under the influence, not only we put our safety at risk, but we risk the lives of others on the road.

I agree. There are always risks when driving under the influence. submitted by Jessica

ReplyDeleteI totally agree Duc. I know too many people that have driven drunk and/or gotten in accidents. It's not safe. End of story. - Jamie
